years ago in
Mesopotamia
when the first glass artist held
a metal mandrel over a hot
flame to core-form their first
bead. To this day we still find
delight in the endless variety
of glass beads, from the quiet
elegance of an unadorned
bead to the exquisite art with
which the glass artist so
lovingly creates.
